Krogerus advises LIWLIG on its acquisition of Nordic Event ApS

Krogerus advised LIWLIG, the Nordic region’s leading event agency group, on its acquisition of Nordic Event ApS in Denmark. The transaction further strengthens LIWLIG’s position as the leading player in the Nordic event industry.

Nordic Event, renowned for its high-quality event solutions across both creative development and production, has since 1999 helped companies in Denmark and internationally planning and delivering events. The company brings more than 25 years of industry experience into LIWLIG’s Nordic service model.
