Autokiinteistöt Laakkonen Oy has completed the sale of seven car retail properties to Fastighets AB Balder, a Swedish property investor listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. The total lettable area of the properties is approximately 50.000 square meters and they are all let to K Caara Oy, operating Audi, Volkswagen and SEAT dealerships at the properties.
