Krogerus advises Intera Partners on its investment in infrastructure contractor Kesälahden Maansiirto

Krogerus advised private equity firm Intera Partners on the investment by Intera Fund II in Kesälahden Maansiirto. Kesälahden Maansiirto is an infrastructure contractor involved in bridge and industrial construction, earth construction and environmental construction. In 2013, Kesälahden Maansiirto’s revenue was approximately EUR 80 million.
