Krogerus advised Instalco, a Swedish installation company, on its acquisition of LVI-Urakointi Paavola Oy, specialising in heating and plumbing installations and ventilation works primarily in Helsinki and its surrounding areas.
LVI-Urakointi Paavola was founded in 2001 and it currently has 47 employees. The company's net sales amounted to approximately EUR 9.2 million for the financial year 2017.
