Krogerus advises Green Landscaping Group on its acquisition of Viher-Pirkka

Krogerus advised Green Landscaping Group AB (publ), the Nordic region’s leading provider for maintenance and landscaping of outdoor environments on its acquisition of Viher-Pirkka Oy, a landscaping company based in Helsinki.

"The expansion to Finland was logical for us and in line with the previously communicated strategy to grow in the Nordic region, and when we got it right in the dialogue with Viher-Pirkka, it was an easy decision to move forward.
