Krogerus advises Danske Bank on Modulight's IPO

Krogerus advises Danske Bank as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner on the initial public offering of Modulight on First North Growth Market Finland.

The value of the initial public offering is approximately EUR 91 million assuming that the over-allotment option is exercised in full. Based on the closing price of the shares on their first day of trading, Modulight had a market capitalisation of approximately EUR 466 million.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Paul Raade and included Partner Tom Fagernäs, Senior Associate Joel Kanervo and Associate Saana Ruottu.
