Krogerus advises Codento on its acquisition of Intelligence AS

Krogerus advised Codento, a portfolio company of Finnish private equity firm Saari Partners, on its acquisition of Intelligence AS, an Oslo-based data and business analytics consultancy. Intelligence AS is known in the Norwegian market for its innovative approach to data-driven decision-making. Codento aims to be the leading Google Cloud services partner in the Nordics.

The transaction expands Codento’s geographic footprint, enhancing their expertise in the high-growth domains of AI and data analytics in the Norwegian market, and strengthens Codento’s position as a critical engine for Google Cloud’s expansion across the Nordics.
