Krogerus advises CELLINK on its acquisition of Ginolis

Krogerus acted alongside Swedish law firm Vinge for CELLINK AB (publ), the leading bioconvergence company, on CELLINK's acquisition of Ginolis Oy, a Finnish company focusing on diagnostics automation and advanced robotics solutions for medical and diagnostic industries, in a transaction valued at EUR 70 million. Forty per cent of the purchase price will be paid by issuance of shares in CELLINK and the remainder will be paid in cash. Completion of the transaction is expected to occur by 1 March 2021.
