Krogerus advises Balder on property portfolio refinancings

Krogerus advised Balder on three separate refinancings for Balder Properties Finland Holding Oy, Balder Properties Vaasa 1 Holding Oy, and Finlandsfastigheter 1 Oy as borrowers, with the property portfolios comprising a total of 45 assets. The borrowers are part of the Fastighets AB Balder (publ) group, one of the largest listed real estate investment companies in the Nordics.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Päivi Toivari and Senior Associate Valtteri Ylä-Rautio and they were primarily assisted by Associate Silja Piippo.
