Krogerus advises Advenis REIM on its first investment in Finland

Krogerus advises Advenis REIM on its first real estate investment in Finland through its SCPI Eden fund. The fund focuses on investments across the Benelux countries, the United Kingdom and the Nordics, and this transaction marks its entry into the Finnish market.

The transaction concerns the acquisition of a logistics centre located in Tuusula from Wulff Oy Ab through a sale and leaseback arrangement. The asset will remain fully occupied by Wulff, which has entered into a long-term lease agreement in connection with the transaction.
