Krogerus advised ICEYE Oy on its inaugural €300 million 3-year committed revolving credit facility

Krogerus advised ICEYE Oy, the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, in connection with ICEYE's inaugural €300 million 3-year committed revolving credit facility (the "RCF") with Citi and Danske Bank acting as joint global coordinators and mandated lead arrangers, and a seven-bank syndicate of Nordic, regional and global relationship banking partners. The RCF supports ICEYE's issuance of guarantees for customer contracts, enables continued business growth, and serves as a liquidity backstop.

The transaction marks the first time ICEYE has accessed the international loan market and reflects continued confidence in ICEYE's business and its ability to access diverse sources of capital to support rapid global growth.
