Krogerus shortlisted to receive Mergermarket’s Legal Adviser of the Year 2014 award

Krogerus is on the shortlist to receive the Mergermarket European M&A Award 2014 in the category of Finland Legal Adviser of the Year.

Mergermarket is a leading independent mergers and acquisitions intelligence service. Firms are nominated for the awards based on a statistical analysis of Mergermarket’s M&A database.

Shortlisted firms represent the top legal advisers across Europe that excelled in deal-making over the past year.

The awards also acknowledge top deals and financial advisers, as well as private equity, public relations and accountancy firms. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 11 December.
