Krogerus advises Unisport-Saltex on its merger with Kerko Group

Krogerus advised Unisport-Saltex Oy on its merger with Kerko Group Oy. The merger of Unisport-Saltex and Kerko Group with its subsidiaries creates the market leader in sports and exercise facility services.

The newly formed joint company’s aim is to reach significant growth in sales and to become the leading North European one-stop service partner whose sports facility concepts provide the best environment for athletes as well as spectators.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Sami Martola. He was mainly assisted by senior associate Ilkka Linkoneva and associates Teemu Lahdelma and Jenni Teurokoski.

The financing team was led by senior associate Heidi Kivenjuuri. She was assisted by associates Josefina Aalto and Paavo Hurskainen.
