Krogerus advises Sponda on its acquisition of six properties in the Forum block of Helsinki for EUR 576 million

Krogerus advised Sponda Plc on its acquisition of Ab Mercator Oy and Ab Forum Capita Oy from Forum Fastighets Kb and Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f. for a purchase price of roughly EUR 576 million.

The acquisition comprises six properties in the Forum block of central Helsinki, including the Forum shopping centre and office premises, with a total lettable area of nearly 77,000 square metres.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Mika Ståhlberg, included senior associate Joakim Jansson and associates Jukka Haataja and Anna Metso as well as counsel Teppo Vuorela and Piia Sinisalo. Partner Antti Lehtimaja, senior associate Sanna Lindqvist and associate Tanja Lappalainen advised on tax matters.
