Krogerus advises Nomo on the acquisition of JokiLaakeri

Krogerus advised Nomo, part of Axel Johnson International’s business group Power Transmission Solutions, on the acquisition of JokiLaakeri, a highly regarded multi-brand bearing distributor in the Finnish market with a comprehensive product portfolio, high level of technical expertise and extensive service offering.

JokiLaakeri has around 25 employees with annual sales of approximately EUR 18 million.

Partner Marcus Möller led the Krogerus team and he was primarily assisted by senior associate Lauri Raade and associate Jenni Teurokoski.
