Krogerus advises lead managers on VVO Group’s EUR 200 million secured bond issue

Krogerus advised the lead managers, Nordea Bank Finland Plc and Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), on VVO Group’s EUR 200 million senior secured bond. The issuer has applied for the listing of the notes on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.

The bond is secured by collateral mainly in the form of residential properties located in Finland. VVO Group offers rental apartments and housing services in Finnish growth centres. As at 30 June 2016, VVO Group owned 32,736 rental apartments.
