Krogerus advises Ferratum Oyj on its IPO on the Prime Standard market segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Krogerus served as the Finnish legal adviser to Ferratum Oyj on its initial public offering on the Prime Standard market segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the first listing of a Finnish company on a German exchange.

The gross proceeds of the offering amounted to some EUR 110.8 million.

Ferratum plans to use its proceeds for further geographic expansion and the development of its mobile banking platform.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Tom Fagernäs and partner Mika Ståhlberg. They were primarily assisted by associates Paul Raade and Linda Lindgren.
