Ilari is an experienced real estate and construction lawyer. He advises clients on real estate transactions, construction and development matters, dispute resolution and other real estate related assignments. In addition, Ilari has experience in commercial dispute resolution and insolvency related assignments. Having worked as a legal counsel at a Finnish listed construction group, he also has an excellent understanding of the commercial and practical aspects relating to project development and construction.
