Petteri Metsä-Tokila specialises in competition law, regulatory issues and commercial agreements. He regularly advises clients in assignments heard before competition authorities and the Finnish Market Court. Petteri has especially strong expertise in distribution matters and horizontal co-operation, as well as in merger control. Additionally, Mr Metsä-Tokila counsels both private and public sector entities in public procurement matters.
