Mika has extensive experience in information technology assignments with a special focus on large-scale IT projects and outsourcing arrangements. He also advises clients on intellectual property law issues and in general corporate and commercial law matters. Prior to joining our firm, Mika held general counsel and other senior legal positions in public companies and other international companies. Mika acted as general counsel for Fujitsu, Perlos and Cramo and as legal counsel for Tieto and Fortum.
