Jussi Häyrinen specialises in intellectual property law and commercial contracts. He advises clients in trademark and design matters all the way from clearance to registration, as well as assists in disputes concerning intellectual property rights. He is qualified to represent clients before the Finnish Patent and Registration Office as an authorised Trademark Attorney and the EUIPO as a qualified European Trademark and Design Attorney. He also devises overall IP strategies for clients, along with brand protection and enforcement strategies.
Mr. Häyrinen has previously worked as an in-house counsel for a major Finnish industrial company and as an IP Lawyer for an IP firm in Finland.
