Henri Kaikkonen focuses on disputes and legal advisory concerning intellectual property, marketing and technology. Mr Kaikkonen has advised clients on numerous contentious matters regarding trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, trade secrets, licensing, ownership of IP, counterfeits, advertising and unfair business practices. His experience covers legal proceedings before civil, criminal and special courts, and arbitral tribunals. He also counsels in IP strategy and prosecution, marketing and consumer protection, and various agreements concerning technology and ICT.
Prior to joining Krogerus, Mr Kaikkonen worked as an attorney at a boutique business law firm, as a seconded legal counsel for a global technology corporation and as an associate lawyer for an international law firm.
