Krogerus advises healthcare-provider Diacor on the divestment of its holding in Koskiklinikka to Pihlajalinna

Krogerus advised Diacor terveyspalvelut Oy on the divestment of its minority holding in Tampereen Lääkärikeskus Oy (Koskiklinikka) to Pihlajalinna Oyj's subsidiary Pihlajalinna Terveys Oy. Also included in the agreement is Koskiklinikka's 50% share of the imaging service company Röntgentutka Oy. The transaction is expected to come into force by the end of 2015.

Koskiklinikka is the largest private healthcare service provider in the city of Tampere. It has a large private clinic and hospital in Tampere and four smaller private clinics in Tampere, Pirkkala and Jyväskylä. The current personnel of Koskiklinikka will continue in the service of Pihlajalinna Group. Koskiklinikka branch clinics will become part of Pihlajalinna's Dextra chain.
