Krogerus advises DNA Plc on the voluntary tender offer for its outstanding bonds and the offering and listing of a new bond

Krogerus advised DNA Plc on the voluntary tender offer for its EUR 100 million bond due in 2018 and its EUR 150 million bond due in 2021 and on the offering and listing of a new EUR 250 million senior unsecured bond.

The tender offer was successfully completed and the final acceptance amount was set at EUR 150 million. The newly issued seven-year bond matures in 2025 and carries a fixed annual interest of 1.375%.

The bond was admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki on the back of a listing prospectus approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

DNA Plc is a Finnish telecommunications group whose shares trade on Nasdaq Helsinki. It had annual net sales of roughly EUR 886 million and more than 3.9 million subscriptions across its fixed and mobile communications networks in 2017.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Tom Fagernäs, included senior associate Paul Raade and senior associate Taru Kovanen.
