Krogerus shortlisted for Financial Times and Mergermarket European M&A Award 2013

Krogerus is on the shortlist to receive the Financial Times and Mergermarket European M&A Award 2013 in the category of Finland Legal Advisor of the Year.

Mergermarket is a leading independent mergers and acquisitions intelligence service. Firms are nominated for the awards based on a statistical analysis of Mergermarket’s M&A database.

Shortlisted firms represent the top legal advisors across Europe that excelled in deal-making over the past year.

The ceremony also acknowledges top deals and financial advisors, as well as private equity, public relations and accountancy firms. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 12 December.
