Krogerus advises Sioen on its acquisition of the shares of Verseidag Ballistic Protection

Krogerus advised Sioen Industries NV, a worldwide solution provider in technical textiles, on its acquisition of the shares of Verseidag Ballistic Protection Oy Finland.

The transaction value was around EUR 18 million.

The Krogerus team was led by senior advisor Lennart Simonsen. He was mainly assisted by associates Anna Metso and Jenni Teurokoski.
