Krogerus advises Ilmatar Windpower Plc on the sale of Tetrituuli wind farm
Krogerus advised Ilmatar Windpower Plc on the sale of Tetrituuli wind farm to SUSI Renewable Energy Fund II, managed by SUSI Partners AG (SUI).
The ready-to-build wind farm is located in Central Finland, and features three Vestas V126 3.45 MW turbines with a total installed capacity of 10.35 MW. Ilmatar will coordinate the construction of the wind farm under a separate construction management agreement, and its subsidiary, Ilmatar Service Oy, will further provide the asset management of the wind farm during operations.

After the acquisition of the 21 MW wind farm Kopsa I and the 18.5 MW wind farm Latamäki, the most recent transaction marks SUSI’s third renewable energy transaction in Finland, strengthening its position in the Finnish wind market.
The SUSI Renewable Energy Fund II, managed by SUSI Partners AG, offers investment opportunities in renewable energy infrastructure (wind & solar) in Europe to institutional investors. The fund is closed and has a capacity of EUR 380 million.
Ilmatar is a privately held renewables company which operates in the entire lifecycle of a wind farm, from development through operation. In addition to its proprietary assets, Ilmatar also works in co-operation with industry leaders with its 300 MW portfolio of wind assets in various stages of development. The company is also active in utility-scale Solar PV development in Finland.
