Krogerus advises Barona Group on its acquisition of Opteam Yhtiöt

Krogerus advised Barona Group Ltd on its acquisition of Opteam Yhtiöt Ltd. Barona is a multi-service company providing versatile solutions to working life within several business sectors.

Together, Barona and Opteam employ approximately 25 000 individuals every year, mostly in Finland. The estimated turnover of Barona Group in 2016 was approximately EUR 270 million, and the estimated turnover of Opteam Yhtiöt was EUR 50 million.
