On 12 April 2016, Krogerus together with IUNO, Setterwalls and Haavind hosts a seminar in New York City on investing in or setting up businesses in the Nordic Region. The seminar is aimed at HR professionals, in-house counsels and other participants in corporate teams with HR-responsibilities in the Nordic Region.
For the 8th year in the Nordics, and the 3rd year in New York, we repeat the success by inviting to a Nordic HR Legal Seminar, this time focusing on investing in or setting up businesses in the Nordic Region. The seminar takes place on 12 April 2016.
During the seminar, attendees will get valuable information on how to invest in and set up businesses in the Nordic Region, from both a corporate and HR legal perspective, and how to avoid the potential legal pitfalls that many corporations face when entering the region.
