Real Estate Transactions
We advise in connection with sales and acquisitions of real estates and real estate companies in which the target of the transaction is directly or indirectly related to real estates. Most of the assignments involve transactions of single real estate companies, or real estate portfolios consisting of several real estates or housing companies. In addition, we have assisted our clients in real estate development processes of new buildings and direct real estate acquisitions. Real estate financing projects, such as real estate leasing, sale-and-lease-back, and public private partnership (PPP) arrangements, are also an important part of our expertise.
As well as giving general legal advice, we typically assist our clients by conducting legal due diligence reviews, drafting contracts and other transaction related documents, and negotiations in contract. We often advise our clients also in legal questions related to structuring and taxation. In addition, we provide our clients with advice in property formation, planning, and building, as well as environmental law related liabilities.
We work in close co-operation with our construction and environment law experts.
