Krogerus’ tax practice provides tax services both as an integral part of our full service offering and on a standalone basis. We are continuously involved in the development of innovative and tax efficient structures for the full spectrum of transactions and in advising on the tax aspects of private investment funds. This work frequently involves cross-border and international aspects. We also advise on all aspects of direct and indirect taxation with a focus on corporate taxation, and provide strategic tax planning advice to a broad range of companies, partnerships and non-profit organisations.
