Krogerus’ intellectual property practice encompasses all aspects of the creation, development, exploitation and enforcement of all forms of intellectual property at the national and international levels. We advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters ranging from complex patent and trade mark litigation and other forms of disputes to commercial exploitation through distribution, franchising, licensing and other types of contractual arrangements. We also advise on advertising and marketing as well as data protection and privacy matters. Our clients operate in a broad range of industry sectors and we have particular experience of the electronics, financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecommunications sectors. Members of the group, a number of whom have backgrounds from the industry, work closely with clients to understand their business for the purpose of maximising the value of their intellectual property.
