Krogerus’ employment and benefits practice encompasses a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. We advise clients, predominantly employers, on all aspects of employment law ranging from contracts of employment (especially for senior management in which field our work enjoy particular international recognition), dismissals and redundancies (both collective and individual) as well as employment disputes (including breach of restrictive covenants) to the employment and pension aspects of mergers and acquisitions, outsourcings and corporate reorganisations. We have considerable experience in structuring and implementing share and other long-term incentive schemes and we advise clients on employee benefit matters in general. Members of the group are praised in legal directories for their practical and proactive advice which enables clients to deal successfully with the challenges of an increasingly complex regulatory framework.
