The work of a trainee in our full-time programme is very similar to that of recently graduated associates of the firm. The tasks may typically include drafting legal documentation, writing articles and doing legal research and translation work. Each trainee is assigned to work primarily for one practice group and a personal supervisor is also designated among the associates of the firm for each trainee. Our trainees are welcome to join our Krogerus Academy training sessions as well as other internal social events.

Our trainees typically work full-time for a fixed term of three to six months and we have no pre-set start dates for traineeships. We welcome applications throughout the year, but as our intake of trainees is limited we encourage you to apply well before the time you are hoping to join us. Although we do not apply any fixed ECTS credit threshold, our trainees have typically studied for at least a few years before entering our full-time programme.
