Trainees

Krogerus offers an interesting and valuable insight into working at a leading law firm in Finland by continuously employing law students at all stages of their studies as trainees. Our trainee programmes are the single most important tool for lawyer recruitment and many of our associate lawyers have previously trained with us.

Our part-time trainee programme is aimed at law students in the earlier stages of their studies, whereas law students at an advanced stage of their studies are also eligible for our full-time trainee programme. We are constantly on the lookout for new talent.
