Ville joined Krogerus in 1999 as an associate and was promoted to partnership in 2006.

- “Over the years that I’ve been with Krogerus the firm has grown significantly and I’ve been extremely fortunate to be able to grow with it. I’m currently heading our energy and environment practice group in addition to which I also do transactional work”, says Ville.

Although Ville’s working hours are anything but nine to five, he appreciates the flexible and diverse nature of his work.

- “My work sometimes requires some effort on my part to reconcile my personal life with my professional life, but as it also brings along with it a certain level of freedom in organising my schedule it really does suit me quite well. However, the best part of my work is that every day is different – different clients, new matters and varying international aspects all add to the diversity. That is something that keeps me motivated day after day”, Ville says.
